Refund Policy

SafeHouse Financials (Drake Svc LLC DBA SafeHouse Financials) provides professional bookkeeping and tax preparation services. Because our services are based on time, expertise, and labor already performed, all fees paid are non-refundable.
 

Key Points:

• Once payment is made for services, it cannot be refunded, in whole or in part.

• If you choose to discontinue services before work is completed, no refunds will be issued for work already performed or time reserved.

• For monthly service plans, cancellations made mid-month will stop billing beginning with the next month’s cycle. The current month’s payment remains non-refundable.

• Payments for ongoing monthly or quarterly services are due as scheduled and remain non-refundable.

• In rare cases where duplicate billing or an error occurs, we will promptly correct the error and issue an adjustment or credit as needed.
